Cameron has always been committed to making visits affordable for every school and has arguably one of the best value rates around.

In 2010, schools and public libraries/galleries in SE Queensland pay a flat rate of $350 (+GST) per school day. Regions covered are Brisbane, Logan, Moreton Bay, Redland Bay, Gold Coast (inc NSW), Ipswich, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba.

All schools on Cameron's organised tours pay the workshop rate of $350 (+GST) plus a minimal flat rate of $100 (+GST) per school day to cover travel, food and accommodation.

For all other interested schools or libraries the $350 (+GST) day rate is applicable, plus relevant flights and accomodation costs. Cameron often flies to regions throughout the year to run workshops. Please select from the available SE QLD dates for school visits or for public libraries and galleries please contact us for available holiday dates.

Prices includes:

• A combination of workshop sessions to suit your classes.

• A choice of visit dates throughout the year for South East QLD schools and tours to other locations at times throughout the year. Please ask how your school can be involved.

• Personalised and professional service to help you organise the visit. Know exactly what to expect. By deaing with us directly and not through a booking agency you will also be saving over $150 per day on workshop fees!

• Workshop handouts to enable all students to achieve. These are listed with each activity.

• Access a child friendly website where students can explore and learn more about the world of books: www.thestroogle.com

• Download hours of free educational activities relating to each book which can be used before or after the visit. These are can be found at www.thestroogle.com.

• Handouts and educational activity kits are also included on the Stroogle Activity CDs contained in the school book sets which you can order here: 2010 School Order Form.doc

• Exclusive visit only offers on signed books at prices families can afford.  

• No booking deposit is required but tentative bookings need to be confirmed to secure your days.

• Schools are invoiced after the workshop (30 day terms) and can pay by cheque or electronic transfer.

Please note: For ease of school administration we do not take booking fees however we ask that all bookings are made after appropriate authorisation has been given within your school/organisation and dates have been checked with appropriate staff. Due to travel and accomodation expenses for tours outside of South-East Queensland, there is a $100 per workshop day cancellation fee for any school which cancels a booking within two months of their booked workshop day.
